Note: SPREP will bear the costs of the airfare (most direct/economical route) and DSA only for the duration of the official stay.  All other related costs are to be borne by the participants/nominating governments (this includes but is not limited to passport, visas/permits, travel/medical insurance (including COVID-related medicals), pre-entry and upon-entry requirements into Tonga).

With getting your DSA banked into your bank account comes the requirement to please note your responsibility to refund back to SPREP any changes/cancellation etc. or no show to the abovementioned workshop, of the DSAs that were paid.
